How Voltbike Warranty Works

WARRANTY

There is one questions that we got asked from many customers. If something goes wrong with my online purchase how will Voltbike resolve the issue?

Our bisiness model is warehouse direct to consumer, eliminating the middle man and passing the savings to you. This enables us to keep the prices aggressive, offer high quality bikes and outstanding customer service.

In fact 95% of our business is online and we ship bikes everywhere in United Stated and in Canada.

Voltbike is build with modular design in mind. All components on Voltbike are using quick connectors and are easily replacable. This includes LCD screen, brake levers, motor cutters, throttle, motor, battery. Virtually any regular bike rider can handle replacing those components.

Voltbike warranty covers all electrical components on your bike. Most of the mechanical components on the bike are standard components – the brakes, gearing, derailleur, and so on. If you need any adjustment on those etc, then we ask you to visit your local bike shop. Voltbike does not cover those parts or tune ups.

If you have a technical issue at any time, the service and warranty process is quite simple:

  • Step 1: Report the issue via our website or phone.

One of our team members will get back to you within 24 hours. We have customer service agents available 7 days a week to make sure that you never have to wait more than a day for a response.
  • Step 2: We will first troubleshoot the issue remotely.

99% of the time we are able to identify the issue from the first time.
    • If we identify that the issue is electric If any spare parts are needed, we will ship them out at no charge to you.
    • If the issue is mechanical, then we ask you to visit your local bike shop.

Why this works so well?

Most of the mechanical components on the bike are standard components – the brakes, gearing, derailleur, and so on. As for the electrical components – the motor, battery and controller, we have built them with a swap-and-go approach in mind, which means that a service shop simply needs to be able to take off and replace a part.

Our components are engineered in such a way that virtually any bike shop can handle troubleshooting and fixing of the problems

Even though you may be buying the bike online, you’ll find that with us that support is never more than an email or a phone call away.
